SE3 Closed Cooling Tower

SE3 series closed cooling tower maximize its airside wet surface to realize the highest exchanges effciency. The hot liquid circuiting in tube of the cooler transfer waste heat to wall of copper tube, the fan mounted on top of the tower suck cold air from louver and chamber of weter distributor. Cold air directily contact spraying water in exchanger and paking segment, some water is evaporating and the spraying water become cold. The cold spraying water wet the wall of tube, absorbing the heat of the wall from liquid in side of cooler, thus the temperature of liquide is down.
In the process of heat exchanging , the process liquid existing in the closed coil is not exposed in atmosphere. So it can be keeping it's original quality instead of being polluted condense, humidified and vaporated as it in open type cooling tower. Very small proportion of spraying water is evaported and the rest will be collected in the cold water basin for recycle.

1、SUPER TRANSFERENCE CAPABILITY
A. Cold water-hot water counter flow arrangement
With cold water-hot water counter flow arrangement technology, the tower is assured of highest heat transference efficiency than conventional products. Meanwhile,as the air and spray water flow through the coil in the same direction, spraying water can completely covering the coil surface and defect of dry spot in tube surface can be avoidable completely.
B. Even more cold spraying water suply for the coil surface
Honeycomb like packing filled in lower section of the tower provide another air-water heat transference field for spraying water. The cold air come from louve and spraying water into contact on the zigzag surface of packing, Some spraying water is evaporating and its temperature is down. The more cold the spraying water, the more effciency of the heat exchange.

A.The tower is designed for easier maintenance. The water distributing nozzles, make-up water float valve,filter of water basin can be repaired within running time. Open type heat exchange structure enable operator inspects the coil easily.
